We collaborate closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering, using a mix of methodologies to understand user needs from multiple perspectives. Beyond our work, we foster a friendly, collaborative culture in great offices, working on exciting projects that push the boundaries of user experience.</p> <p>Looking forward to working together!</p> <h4>Responsibilities and Duties</h4> <ul> <li>Lead a diverse research program that strives to understand customer preferences</li> <li>Work closely with the product and design teams to build research plans that answer key questions, and provide actionable insights</li> <li>Identify the best methods for user research based on stakeholder questions, goals, and timelines</li> <li>Partner with quantitative researchers, product analysts, and UAT engineers to ensure that every research initiative is informed by accurate, relevant, and comprehensive data.</li> <li>Work cross-functionally with design, product management, engineering, e-commerce, and marketing to communicate results and recommendations</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications and Skills</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Sociology, Marketing&nbsp; or a related field</li> <li>3+ years of professional experience working specifically in a User Experience Researcher role</li> <li>Knowledge of qualitative and qualitative UX Research methods (user interviews, usability tests,&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">surveys</strong>, lab studies, diary studies, desirability studies, etc.)</li> <li>Experience conducting full cycle research (study design, user research recruiting, moderation, analysis, and reporting)</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communications skills across all levels of an organization</li> <li>Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously</li> <li>At least Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English</li> </ul> <h4>Nice to have</h4> <ul> <li>Experience in quantitative data analysis and statistics</li> <li>PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Sociology, or a related field</li> <li>Portfolio demonstrating past deliverables (e.g. study plans, reports)</li> <li>Experience working with survey tools (e.g. Qualtrics, Survey Monkey)</li> <li>Experience working with remote user testing tools (e.g.&nbsp;usertesting.com, Dscout, Maze, User Zoom)</li> </ul> <h4>We offer multiple benefits that include</h4> <ul> <li class="style_new_requirements__point__ljUeO">The environment of equal opportunities, transparent and value-based corporate culture and an individual approach to each team member</li> <li class="style_new_requirements__point__ljUeO">Competitive compensation and perks.
