As a Community Talent Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the training program for our international community of experts in development and real estate. You will be responsible for mapping key skills, coordinating training courses, and supporting the identification of training needs for the UDRE team. Your experience
You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in cross-functional or organizational project management with functional management, ideally in an international environment. You master end-to-end project management, milestone structuring, and KPI tracking. A first experience in the real estate or retail development sector is a real plus.
